A fresh, easy to make classic serve, named after a Cuban beach way back in 1898.

60ml Aluna Coconut Rum

25ml Lime Juice

15ml Agave Syrup

Handful of Ice Cubes

Add all the ingredients to the shaker and shake hard.

Strain into a coupe or a wine glass and add a twist of lime.
